Happy Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There's good hiking along the Black Canyon Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Fish House Inn. Summertime highs at Happy Reservoir frequently tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Happy Reservoir. Good hiking is available along the South Prong Trail, and Holding Pasture

This lake is so wonderful. Happy Reservoir is a magnificent spot to camp, Pine Tree Campground is a magnificent spot; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Blue Pot Spring. Just can't get enough of Happy Reservoir. Stay the night at Fish House Inn, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Happy Reservoir; Coffeepot Trail is a delightful local trail. Around Happy Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November, and September is the month with
the least moisture. Happy Reservoir is located in the Blue Mountains. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Blue Mountains has to offer. A quick journey to Basin Creek right next door to Happy Reservoir is a glorious idea; lakes are such peaceful locations, why not check out Hobnail Reservoir.
