     The beauty of Halls Lake attracts many people from all around. A tremendous place to camp here at Halls Lake is Clyde Holliday, and if the weather is delightful, you acquire a great sight of Green Mountain from Halls Lake. All year is a perfect time in the Blue Mountains if you go for the outdoors. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains, too great to be true. There is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Halls Lake called the Berry Creek  
   Trail, and Birch Spring is an inspiring spot to take a look at while you're here.
This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Mountains. High temperatures at Halls Lake during the months of summer are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. During the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Halls Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Halls Lake
 
               you can take a hike along the Canyon Mountain Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western John Day Inn.
Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Why not camp at Ray Cole Campground if you're here at Halls Lake, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Joaquin Miller Trail. Not much precipitation falls here at Halls Lake; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A visit to Gand Saddle is always fun, and if you need a spot to stay Burns - Days Inn Ponderosa is a tremendous choice.
