Going for a hike on the Joaquin Miller Trail is always a great adventure, and Gand Saddle is another brilliant location to take a look at close by. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Clyde Holliday, and lakes are such serene places, why not check out Canyon City Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. These mountains rock, just explore all the entertaining things to do in       the Blue Mountains. There are pleasant spots to look at along the Berry Creek Trail, and you'll find a beautiful lake called Mud Lake. You just must love the Blue Mountains. A tremendous close by hotel is Best Western John Day Inn, and close by you come across the Canyon Mountain Trail which is a great hiking trail. Halls Lake is located in the Blue Mountains. Through the summertime months here at Halls Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's. Summer                  night lows fall down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Halls Lake are in the 20's. After a long day outdoors Burns - Days Inn Ponderosa is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two, and Birch Spring is a magnificent local attraction. Not much rain falls here at Halls Lake; November is when you get the most rain here; July meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Halls Lake is great!
