Summer at Haines Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Haines Reservoir all through the winter ordinarily drop into the 30's. Haines Reservoir generally gets a great deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly December, that's the one that rains the most; July on the       other hand is the driest. You get a splendid sight of Grice Hill from Haines Reservoir, and Winslow Gulch is a wonderful site to explore. After a long day outdoors City Center Motel is a fine spot to spend a night or two; if you're here, you could pop by Brush College Creek. So much fun stuff next to Haines Reservoir, absolutely inspiring. Why not camp at Trailer Park Village since you're here at Haines Reservoir; an afternoon playing golf at Oak Knoll Golf                  Course is always a diversion. Oregon Capitol Inn is a brilliant site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. At Haines Reservoir you always meet someone from Salem; Haines Reservoir is not the only spot nearby, Croft Reservoir is a nearby lake.
