Going for a hike along the West Eagle Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and of course Rattlesnake Creek flows through this region. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Wallowa Mountains, too fine to be true. A glorious place to camp here at Grover Reservoir is Main Eagle Bridge Campground; if the weather is       good, you can go for a hike along the Fake Creek Trail. All year is a nice time in the Wallowa Mountains if you love the outdoors. A delightful nearby hotel is Best Western Rama Inn & Suites. Grover Reservoir gets very little rain; May is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Grover Reservoir, you'll hit upon Goose Lake which is a stunning lake; you can have a brilliant hiking adventure                  along the Martin Bridge Trail. You don’t have to go far from Grover Reservoir to see the water at Saw Mill Gulch Dam; why not camp at Express Ranch Mobile and RV Park if you're here at Grover Reservoir. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Gover Reservoir, and do put some time aside to spend at Magpie Spring while you're here at Grover Reservoir. For the period of the summer here at Grover Reservoir, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's; the nighttime is rather chillier of course, typically in the 40's.
