Griffith Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. From a precipitation point of view Griffith Reservoir is a quite normal site; most of the snow falls through December, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Golden Eagle Motel is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two; you can run the rapids of Trask River. At Griffith Reservoir throughout the summertime months highs are in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight

| | hours it's commonly in the 40's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Griffith Reservoir.
Take a hike on the South Pass Lake Trail; a wonderful place for whitewater paddling is Klamath River. If you came to camp Juanita Lake Campground is a pleasant place to do that; dry warm beds await you at Klamath Falls Super 8 Motel. What a place this is for outdoors people. Trail is nice fun.
You completely have to like the Southern Cascade Range. Going for a hike along the Moss Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. There's so much to do here at Griffith Reservoir that
you need to camp here for a while, Bear Canyon Campground is a great place for that. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range.
