Oregon has many beautiful lakes and Green Valley Reservoir is one of them. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in close proximity to Green Valley Reservoir has to offer. Camping is available at Washington County Fair Grounds, and get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Rock Creek. For the period of the long summer days here at Green Valley Reservoir, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. When the night

| | sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's while Green Valley Reservoir nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 30's. Brooke Creek is in the neighborhood of Green Valley Reservoir and is always a pleasure to have a look at; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Nehalem River.

County Park, and Quail Valley Golf Course is a great golf course close by. This lake is located in the wonderful Coast Ranges. So much enjoyable stuff in the Coast Ranges, just fantastic.
Green Valley Reservoir is a wet spot
that gets a lot of rain; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Motel is a great location to spend
a night or two, and a pretty lake like Schmadeke Reservoir is a pleasant place to stop at. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Coast Ranges. A wonderful nearby hotel is Budget Inn, and Hares Canyon is in close proximity, and is a magnificent place.
