You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Central Cascade Range has to offer. Camping is available at Timberlake Campground, and close by you stumble on the Nestor Peak Trail which is a great hiking trail. At Green Point Lower Reservoir all through the summer months highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Green Point Lower Reservoir plunge into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Cooper Spur is one of those things you just have to do; not far from Green Point Lower Reservoir you'll hit upon Drano Lake which is a delightful lake.
