Green Lake is a lake worth visiting. Be careful coming to Green Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. There are nice places to explore along the Bowman Trail; nearby you find the North Minam Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a fine vista of Hazel Mountain from Green Lake, and a wonderful site to stop by close by is Sandy Saddle. For the period of the summertime months highs here at Green Lake reach the 80's.

| | Summer night lows dip down to the 40's. Through the winter highs are typically in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Green Lake fall into the 20's.
