    It's always fun to stop by Gray Reservoir. You'll meet a lot of people from City of The Dalles here; Natural Pasture is a delightful location here at Gray Reservoir. Not much precipitation falls here at Gray Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is December, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn The Dalles is a great spot to get some rest; the Ball Point Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby.
Camping at Pine
 
   Hollow Lakeside Resort is always a wonderful experience, and there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Pen Way Trail. But wait, there's more to do near Gray Reservoir. White River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and going for a hike on the Little Badger Creek Trail is always a great adventure. The warmest time of the year at Gray Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Through the  
               wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Gray Reservoir drop into the 20's.
Gray Reservoir is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Wasco County Fairgrounds is a splendid local campground, and do visit Wapinitia Creek while you're here at Gray Reservoir.
