Mountains has to offer. A fine site to visit in the neighborhood of Granger Reservoir is China Gulch, and Central Point Koa Kampground is a splendid campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of Rogue River
in a kayak; you can go for a hike on the Chicago Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A good vista of pretty Gold Hill is available from Granger Reservoir, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Laurel Hill
Golf Course. Granger Reservoir gets a common amount of rain; November is when you get the most rain here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Good hiking is available along the Canyon Number Three Trail.

Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts.
