The beauty of Gover Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. So much fun stuff to do in the Wallowa Mountains, not enough time. This is a delightful area for folks who like lakes. Grover Reservoir is a lake in the neighborhood, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Saw Mill Gulch Dam. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Gover Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Main Eagle Bridge Campground is a great

| | local campground, and there are great locations to discover along the Martin Bridge Trail.
Gover Reservoir gets very little rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Express Ranch Mobile and RV Park is always a wonderful experience, and fine hiking is available along the Fake Creek Trail. Gover Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Wallowa Mountains.

This location, the Wallowa Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. After a long day outdoors Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a great spot to spend a night or two, and do put some time aside to spend at Magpie Spring if
you're here at Gover Reservoir. There's some flowing water close by, Rattlesnake Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay, and you can go for a hike on the West Eagle Trail. High temperatures at Gover Reservoir during the
long summer days are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Gover Reservoir are in the 20's.
