Why not stop by Gordon Lakes if you're passing through these parts. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is glorious at Hoodoo. All the water falling down from the sky makes Gordon Lakes a wet place; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Gordon Lakes during the summer highs are in the 70's while overnight lows

| | are generally in the 40's. All through the winter the highs are typically in the 40's while Gordon Lakes overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. There is a nice hiking trail close to Gordon Lakes called the Gold Hill Trail, and camping at Tombstone Prairie Campground is always a tremendous experience. hiking trail; as expected, this is a brilliant region for folks who like lakes, Moose Lake is a lake in the vicinity. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. If you come
at the right time of year, Santiam River - Middle offers some good whitewater, and there's some flowing water nearby, Elk Creek is a stream you can explore during your stay. Having a tremendous time in the Central Cascade Range is
easy. You're perhaps keen on lakes, Lost Lake is one of those nearby, and the Three Creek Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. You can see Soapgrass Mountain from Gordon Lakes, and get yourself into
a kayak and hit Blue River. If you came to camp Country Star Recreational Vehicle Park is a delightful place to do that, and Bear Pass is also a brilliant place to discover.
