A visit to Glaze Lake is always a good idea. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is plentiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Marion Creek, and the summit of Scott Mountain can be spotted from Glaze Lake. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Horse Creek, and great hiking is available along the Hand Lake

| | Trail. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Glaze Lake. A journey to Glaze Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Butler Spring; Glaze Lake is not the only spot close by, Benson Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mt. Bachelor since you're here, and there's splendid hiking along the Deer Butte Trail. in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's while Glaze Lake night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so
wonderful. Lodge at Suttle Lake is a great place to get some rest. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Glaze Lake gets a lot of water; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one
that rains the most, and July on the other hand is the driest. Camping at Tombstone Prairie Campground is always a delightful experience; don't leave Glaze Lake without first going for a hike along the Benson Trail. Glaze Lake
is great enough to spend more than a day at, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a great local campground; what would winter be without some skiing at Hoodoo.
