If you are traveling by, why not stop by Glacier Lake. There's so much to do here at Glacier Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Scenic Meadows RV Park is a perfect place for that, and nearby you stumble on the Main Creek Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. The Wallowa Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Wallowa Mountains. You need to stop at Benson Glacier while you're here at Glacier Lake;

This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Baker City Super 8 Motel. Going for a hike on the Copper Creek Trail is always a great adventure, and since you're here, you could go to Dennis Creek. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Glacier Lake has it all. There is a fine hiking trail close to Glacier Lake called the Kettle Creek Trail, | |

and you'll locate a scenic lake called Craig Lake.
All year is a brilliant time in the Wallowa Mountains if you adore the outdoors. A splendid location near Glacier Lake is Glacier Pass, and you get a great vista of Eagle Cap
from here. Glacier Lake is a location that is relatively arid frequently; all through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest month of the year is July. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Glacier Lake,
and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and overnight lows all through the wintertime for Glacier Lake tend to be in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant
spot like Lake Basin here at Glacier Lake is too good to miss, and Glacier Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Wallowa Lake State Park is a good local campground.
