Summer brings highs in the 80's to Gerber Reservoir with nighttime lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Gerber Reservoir are in the 10's. Lockey Flat is right here at Gerber Reservoir, and if you want a little side tour, try Schnipps Valley. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Southern Cascade Range, too nice to be true. Gerber Dam is worth a visit if you're       here, and a journey to Lava Beds National Monument is worthwhile. Gerber Reservoir is pretty dried up ordinarily; the month with most of the snow is December, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Willow Valley Campground is a good place to camp. Gerber Reservoir is located in the Southern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.
