Geiger Creek Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Camping is available at Blue Jay Campground and RV Park. Summertime at Geiger Creek Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 60's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and night lows at Geiger Creek Reservoir through the winter frequently plunge into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay PLAINVIEW MOTEL is a delightful choice; close by McKee Gulch is a good place to go. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Elk River, and Geiger Creek Reservoir is not the only site nearby, Round Lake is a nearby lake. to Whisky Run Beach near Geiger Creek Reservoir is always a splendid idea, and Bandon Face Rock Golf Course is a magnificent golf course nearby.
So many enjoyable things to do here in the Coast Ranges, too magnificent to be true.
Bandon Beach is next to Geiger Creek Reservoir and is a wonderful beach to take a look at, and a perfect place to camp here at Geiger Creek Reservoir is Bandon RV Park. Man, is there a heap of exciting things to do in the Coast Ranges.
At Geiger Creek Reservoir you always meet someone from Coos Bay; there's tremendous hiking along the Grassy Knob Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Geiger Creek Reservoir a wet place; the month with most of the rain
is December, and July is when it's the driest.
If you're here at Geiger Creek Reservoir, you could pop by Dufort Creek, of course you could also check out Chrome Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful.
