In Oregon there are many beautiful lakes, Gavins Pond is one of them. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. All the outdoors enjoyable things near Gavins Pond will keep you coming back many times. You don’t have to go far from Gavins Pond to see the water at Lake Roslyn Dam, and there's wonderful hiking along the Eagle Creek Cutoff. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Cascade Range has to offer. A lake close by is Lake Roslyn; whitewater paddling is pleasant on Bull Run. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Gavins Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's, and the night is quite colder of course, generally in the 50's. If you need a site to stay Brookside Bed & Breakfast is a good choice, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Gavins Pond; Fanton Plaza Trail is a tremendous
local trail. Having a wonderful time in the Central Cascade Range is trouble-free. Why not take a look at close by Bull Run River if you're here at Gavins Pond; the Old Baldy Trail offers hiking at its best. Dry warm beds await you
at Best Western Sandy Inn, and camping is available at Camp Creek - Mount Hood National Forest.
A good deal of rain falls at Gavins Pond; through the month of December you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
