If you are in Jackson county it's always a good idea to stop by Gates Reservoir. The amount of precipitation that falls at Gates Reservoir is close to the national average; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is mostly the driest month. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Gates Reservoir is so good! Near Gates Reservoir you discover a golf course called Eagle Point Golf Course. There's so much to do here at Gates Reservoir

| | that you need to camp here for a while, Eagle Trailer Park is a brilliant place for that. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Southern Cascade Range is unbeatable! Go for a hike on the Alco Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Butte Creek.

the 40's. All through the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Gates Reservoir are in the 20's. Hamel Reservoir Number 2 is a nearby lake that you could go to; there are great places to look at along
the Chicago Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Gates Reservoir you can make out Long Mountain, and Rogue River is a delightful whitewater spot close by.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry Creek is a striking stream that is
worth going to, and Gates Reservoir is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Fly Casters RV Park is a fine local campground. Good hiking is available along the Tison Trail, and after a long day outdoors Edgewater Inn is a great
spot to spend a night or two.
Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Southern Cascade Range. Maple Leaf Motel is a delightful place to get some rest, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Medford here. Gates Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Southern Cascade Range.
