Frog Pond Butte is trouble-free to spot from Frog Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Black Pine Campground is a perfect place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Cold Spring is a beautiful place to visit while you're at Frog Pond, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Howard Cutoff Trail. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the vicinity of Frog Pond will keep you coming back

Not much rainfall falls here at Frog Pond; most of the rain falls all through May, and July on the other hand is the driest. If the weather is fine here at Frog Pond, you can go for a hike along the Cottonwood Creek Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater | |

warm months at Frog Pond highs are commonly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Frog Pond temperatures descend to the 20's.
