So many exciting things to do in the Blue Mountains, not enough time. Put some time aside to spend at Buck Spring if you're here at Frog Lake, and at Frog Lake you can make out Lookout Mountain. Man, is there heaps of fun things to do in the vicinity of Frog Lake. On a good day at Frog Lake you can take a hike along the Starvation Trail. If the weather is perfect here at Frog Lake, you can go for a hike along the Little Baldy       Trail; after a long day outdoors Best Western John Day Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. It is very dried up here at Frog Lake usually; May is when you get the most rain here, and July is the month with the least moisture. High temperatures at Frog Lake through the summertime are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Frog Lake all through                  the winter mostly dip into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Sunshine Flat Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; if you came for an overnight stay Fopian Campground is a delightful spot to camp. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Mountains.
