Do stop by Frog Lake while you're in this part of Oregon. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. This spot, the Coast Ranges, has so much outdoors exciting things. Beaches are pleasant; and Barley Beach next to Frog Lake is no exception, and if you need a spot to stay Inn of the Beachcomber is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful. Evans Log Ponds is a nearby lake that you could check out, and getting to Flood Creek from Frog Lake is painless.

| | Take a hike on the Snow Camp Trail, and a lake nearby is Libby Creek Pond. Frog Lake is a reasonably wet place ordinarily with much rainfall; during December this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Frog Lake reach the 60's with night lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are mostly in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Frog Lake.

Get yourself into a kayak and hit Elk River, and camping is available at Secret Camp Recreational Vehicle & Tent Park. Pacific Reef Resort is a delightful location to get some rest; why not camp at Anglers Trailer Village if you're
here at Frog Lake. Hiking along the Eagle Creek Trail is brilliant fun.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Frog Lake is right by the Hazel Camp Trail, and Grizzly Mountain can be seen from Frog Lake. If you fancy the
outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Coast Ranges. One of the best things about Frog Lake is its proximity to Agate Beach; there are plenty of people from Brookings here.
