    Why not stop by Frog Lake if you're passing through these parts. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. The slopes of Mt. Hood Ski Bowl are so inviting noone can resist, and Frog Lake is right by the Dry Ridge Trail. Frog Lake gets a large amount of water; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month is July.
These mountains
 
   rock, just look at all the amusing stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. There's some flowing water nearby, Austin Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here, obviously you could also check out Timber Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Roaring River Trail, and a lake close by is Ripplebrook Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant spree to Nowhere Meadow is a nice way to spend an afternoon, and Frog  
               Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Shining Lake Campground is a great local campground.
So many amusing things to do here at Frog Lake, too great to be true. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect spot to camp here at Frog Lake is Frazier Turnaround Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Resort at the Mountain. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Austin Meadow is right close by, and if you need a spot to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a great choice.
Drift down the rapids of Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork in a kayak, and an exciting thing to stop by next to Frog Lake is Frog Lake Dam. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll adore Frog Lake. Hiking along the Bagby Trail is great fun; paddling on Clackamas River is so much fun. At Frog Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's; nighttime lows at Frog Lake all through the winter regularly fall into the 30's.
