Frog Lake is always a pleasure to visit. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There's some flowing water nearby, Austin Creek is a stream you can check out while here; get dripping wet paddling on Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork. Austin Meadow is a swamp in the neighborhood of Frog Lake; Shining Lake Campground is a brilliant campground here. Summertime highs at Frog Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. | | ordinarily in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's while Frog Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect close by hotel is The Resort At The Mountain, and paddling on Clackamas River is so much fun. So many exciting things to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too fine to be true. Timber Company Mill Pond. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Bagby Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a great location
like Nowhere Meadow here at Frog Lake is too tremendous to miss. Man, is there heaps of exciting things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Hiking along the Roaring River Trail is perfect fun, and Frog Lake Dam is a lovely place.
Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Dry Ridge Trail; you can stay the night at Frazier Turnaround Campground. The high level of precipitation makes Frog Lake a relatively wet place; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is ordinarily the driest month. Old Welches Inn is a delightful location to get some rest.
