Stay the night at Silver Falls State Park; Drift Creek Falls is a tremendous local attraction. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Fox Reservoir. The scenery at Fox Dam next to Fox Reservoir is delightful, and Valley View Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to East Fork Drift Creek       while you're here at Fox Reservoir. You can run the rapids of Silver Creek close to Fox Reservoir; after a long day outdoors Oregon Garden Resort is a great location to spend a night or two. While you're here at Fox Reservoir, you could also explore scenic Quigley Reservoir, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Snow Peak Mill City Trail. The amount of precipitation that falls at Fox Reservoir is close to the national average; during December this                  area sees the most rain, and the driest month is July. At Fox Reservoir throughout the days of summer highs are in the 70's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Fox Reservoir drop into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
