Have heard there is some real nice fish in the lake. didn't get a chance to fish. Also let the folks know there is a primitive boat ramp and good camp sites right on the water. Be prepared for lots of mosqitios. But it is beautiful !!!!!!! There are perfect locations to look at along the Blue Rock Trail; do visit Mirror Pond, it's a beautiful lake. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Fourmile Lake. You can take a little journey to Fourmile Lake Dam if you're here at Fourmile Lake, and going for a hike on the Four Mile Lake Trail is always a good adventure. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Southern       Cascade Range. If you came to camp Saddle Campground is a nice place to do that, and you can go for a hike on the Twin Ponds Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. You'll stumble on a wonderful lake called Orris Pond near Fourmile Lake, and Crater Lake National Park is a fine spot close by. These mountains rock, just check out all the cool things to do in the Southern Cascade Range. A swamp like Bull Swamp in the vicinity of                  Fourmile Lake has lots of interesting things to see. A common amount of rain falls here at Fourmile Lake; the month with most of the rain is November, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A quick journey to Long Creek near Fourmile Lake is a wonderful idea, and camping at White Pine Campground is always a great experience. Summertime at Fourmile Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
