The beauty of Fords Pond is reason enough to stop by. There's whitewater on Umpqua River for all you adrenaline people, and a round of golf at nearby Oak Hills Golf Club is a perfect way to kill some time. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. Fords Pond Dam is a place that is right next door to Fords Pond. There's so much to do here at Fords Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hi-way Haven RV Park is a brilliant location

These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by North Douglas Log Ponds, and hey, Cook Creek is a great local stream. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Fords Pond. This is a popular site for people from Roseburg; if you came to camp Oak Hills Recreational Vehicle Park is a wonderful site to do that.

ordinarily gets a great deal of rain; all through December this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Dodge Canyon is a glorious location to spend some time at, and whitewater paddling
is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Umpqua River - North. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Coast Ranges. This is a great area for people who like lakes. Sutherlin Log
Pond is a lake in the neighborhood, and a great close by hotel is Microtel Sutherlin.
This lake is so wonderful. Davis Hill is gorgeous and can be distinguished from Fords Pond; if you need a spot to stay Best Western Hartford
Lodge is a magnificent choice. High temperatures at Fords Pond throughout the summertime months are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Fords Pond dipping down into the 30's through winter nights.
