Go to Fords Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool things the area close to Fords Pond has to offer. Dodge Canyon is a great location to explore, and not far from Fords Pond you'll locate Sutherlin Log Pond which is a picturesque lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Oak Hills Recreational Vehicle Park is a glorious location to camp, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Oak Hills

| | Golf Club. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Umpqua River; since you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Roseburg.
Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Coast Ranges. Why not camp at Hi-way Haven RV Park while you're here at Fords Pond, and the top of Davis Hill is easily seen from Fords Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. Summertime highs at Fords Pond generally tend to be in the 80's. When | |

the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are frequently in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Fords Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Fords Pond you
obtain some great water scenery at Fords Pond Dam; after a long day outdoors Microtel Sutherlin is a great place to spend a night or two. Much rain falls at Fords Pond; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the
one that rains the most; July is the month with the least moisture.
Lakes? Sure, North Douglas Log Ponds is in the vicinity, and glide down the rapids of Umpqua River - North in a kayak. All year is a wonderful time in the Coast
Ranges if you fancy the outdoors. Best Western Hartford Lodge is a tremendous site to get some rest, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Cook Creek.
