Force Lake is a nice lake to visit. Camping at Jantzen Beach RV Park is always a delightful experience, and Mocks Bottom is an out of the ordinary place to visit while at Force Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Lewis River - East Fork is so much fun, and a lake close by is Switzler Lake. Be careful coming to Force Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. During your spree to Force Lake you'll meet some folks from Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton

Camping is available at Portland Meadows RV Park, and not far from Force Lake you acquire some tremendous water scenery at Vancouver Lower Turning Basin. Force Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls all through December, and the driest month is July.

course close by, and dry warm beds await you at Portland North Days Inn. A splendid swamp next to Force Lake is Mud Slough, and you have to take a look at Hayden Bay when you're here. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Force Lake.
Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and night lows at Force Lake through the winter typically descend into the 30's.
You could also go to Guild Lake while you're here at Force Lake; it's close by, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Broughton Beach.
