If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sandy River, and close by you stumble on the Fanton Plaza Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. Beaver Creek is a great site to check out; going for a hike on the Eagle Creek Cutoff is always a fine adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Armstrong - Mount Hood National Forest, and whitewater paddling is great on Bull Run. During the summertime highs here at Fleshman Reservoirs reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Fleshman Reservoirs. This lake is so wonderful.
