Flanagan Slough gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; July is the month with the least moisture. A pleasant close by hotel is Riverside Inn Resort, and a wonderful spot for whitewater paddling is Grave Creek. Any time is a nice time at Flanagan Slough if you have a thing about the outdoors. Looking for some flowing water? Try China Creek; the Coffee Pot       Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Don't miss out on a spree to Oregon Caves National Monument while you're here at Flanagan Slough; Illinois River is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Bedrock Riffle is an inspiring place to pop by during your stay, and Flanagan Slough is a great location to visit for more than one day, Wilderville Koa Kampground is a great location to camp nearby. There's just no way someone can get bored                  here at Flanagan Slough. Aqua Fria Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains, too great to be true. You simply must stop by Finley Bend while you're here at Flanagan Slough, and nearby you hit upon the Grayback Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. During the months of summer at Flanagan Slough temperatures are frequently in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and overnight lows at Flanagan Slough through the winter commonly dip into the 30's. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. Man, is there plenty of cool things to do in the Klamath Mountains. A lake nearby is Daily Reservoir, and Grants Pass Travelodge is a great site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Flanagan Slough there are plenty of folks from Grants Pass, and Flanagan Slough is in the vicinity of Panther Gulch which is definitely worth visiting.
