The beauty of Flanagan Slough attracts many people from all around. Man, is there plenty of cool things to do in the Klamath Mountains. It's always great to check out Bedrock Riffle; if you come at the right time of year, Illinois River offers some delightful whitewater. Summertime highs at Flanagan Slough ordinarily tend to be in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's; night lows at Flanagan Slough through

| | the wintertime commonly fall into the 30's. There's so much to do here at Flanagan Slough that you need to camp here for a while, Bend O' The River is a glorious spot for that; you can go for a hike on the Coffee Pot Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff near Flanagan Slough. All our national parks are magnificent places to check out, and Oregon Caves National Monument is no exception, and Flanagan Slough is not the only location close | |

by, Klose Pond is a close by lake. Flanagan Slough is located in the Klamath Mountains. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Flanagan Slough is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Wilderville Koa Kampground is a delightful
local campground. Finley Bend is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Flanagan Slough; there's good hiking along the Grayback Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Grants Pass Travelodge is a
fine site to spend a night or two; if you've had enough of Flanagan Slough, Aqua Fria Reservoir is nearby. The annual precipitation here at Flanagan Slough is about average; of all the months in a year November is the one with the
most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you're visiting Flanagan Slough from Grants Pass, you won't be the only one, and a good close by hotel is Riverside Inn Resort. This lake is so wonderful.
China Creek is a tremendous local stream, and don't leave Flanagan Slough without first going for a hike along the Kerby Peak Trail. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains, too delightful to be true. Panther Gulch is a delightful place to stop by close by, and glide down the rapids of Grave Creek in a kayak.
