Going for a hike on the Kerby Peak Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and you're sure to run into some smiling people from Grants Pass here. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Flanagan Slough. Flanagan Slough is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Bend O' The River is a delightful location to camp nearby; close by you hit upon tremendous spots like Panther Gulch. This lake is       so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Flanagan Slough has to offer, you can camp at Wilderville Koa Kampground; after a long day outdoors Riverside Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two. Near Flanagan Slough you locate the Coffee Pot Trail which is a good hiking trail; if you need a place to stay Grants Pass Travelodge is a great choice. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Klamath Mountains. Grave Creek has                  a good whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you've had enough of Flanagan Slough, Daily Reservoir is nearby. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Flanagan Slough. There are perfect spots to look at along the Grayback Trail. Flanagan Slough is a beautiful lake in the Klamath Mountains. Summer at Flanagan Slough comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Flanagan Slough drop into the 30's. Having a good time in the Klamath Mountains is uncomplicated. The views at Oregon Caves National Monument will blow your mind; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Bedrock Riffle. Finley Bend is a glorious place to go to while in the area; Flanagan Slough is not the only spot close by, Aqua Fria Reservoir is a close by lake. Flanagan Slough is a good spot of normal rainfall; November is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is July.
