This is a nice neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Garber Reservoir is a lake close at hand, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express CORVALLIS-ON THE RIVER. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Fisher Reservoir reach the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Fisher Reservoir dipping down       into the 30's during winter nights. So much cool stuff to do at Fisher Reservoir, so little time. An afternoon playing golf at Dallas Golf Links is always a joy; Fisher Reservoir is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Driftwood - Siuslaw National Forest is a glorious local campground. Fisher Reservoir is a wet place that gets lots of rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is generally the driest month. This                  lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Fisher Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Ash Creek Mobile Park is a splendid spot for that, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Bowen Reservoir. So much enjoyable stuff in the Coast Ranges, just tremendous. Since you're here at Fisher Reservoir why not visit Gilliam Swale, and if you come at the right time of year, Mill Creek offers some glorious whitewater. And that's not all you can do here in the Coast Ranges.
