All the outdoors fun stuff in the Klamath Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. After a long day outdoors Riverside Inn Resort is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Klamath River. Going for a hike on the Grayback Clapboard Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and a wonderful site for whitewater paddling is Indian Creek Klamath Tributary. and a magnificent site like Elkhorn Prairie here at Fish Lake is too great to miss. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Fish Lake without first going for a hike along the Sucker Creek Trail, and this is a popular place for
people from Grants Pass. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass, Or is a good choice, and there are other sites here than Fish Lake, for example Little Miller Lake. Not enough hours
in a day to enjoy the Klamath Mountains. A fine place in the vicinity of Fish Lake is Swan Valley; camping at Fort Goff Campground is always a good experience. A tour to Fish Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at
Horse Spring; getting to Craggy Creek from Fish Lake is easy. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Fish Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and
after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Fish Lake descend into the 30's. Fish Lake ordinarily gets much rain; most of the rain falls through December; July meanwhile is the driest month.
