All the water falling down from the sky makes Fir Lake a wet location; most of the rain falls all through December, and the driest month is July. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Central Cascade Range. | | places here in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Lava Trail, and the slopes of Hoodoo are so inviting nobody can resist. Lakes? Sure, Widgeon Lake is close at hand, and nearby you locate the Turpentine Peak Trail which is a great hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fir Lake has to offer, you can camp at Country Star Recreational Vehicle Park. Stay the night | |

always go to close by Pika Lake; Lodge at Suttle Lake is a great place to get some rest. That right there is a load of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. Going for a hike on the Duffy Lake
Trail is always a pleasant adventure; there's whitewater on Santiam River - North for all you thrill seekers. All through the months of summer here at Fir Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it
plunges down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Fir Lake fall into the 30's.
