Do stop by Fig Lake while you're in this part of Oregon. Fig Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. Fig Lake gets a lot of water; during the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July is when it's the driest. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Willamette Pass, and why not camp at Shelter Cove Resort while you're here at Fig Lake.

| | here at Fig Lake, and don't forget to visit Klovdahl Bay while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. There's wonderful hiking along the Waldo Lake Trail, and of course, this is a great vicinity for people who like lakes, Bingo Lake is a lake in close proximity. This spot is unbeatable, just look at all the exciting stuff to do next to Fig Lake. Cupit Mary Mountain is clearly visible from Fig Lake. Through the warm days of summer at Fig Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in
the 40's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Fig Lake sink into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. The Crain Prairie Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can run the rapids of Hills Creek.
