If you want to stop at some interesting stuff, stop at Black Rock, and Mosquito Lake is a great lake close by. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A nice place for whitewater paddling next to Fawn Lake is Rogue River - North Fork, and camping is available at Buckeye Lake Campground. Fawn Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of       all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. A glorious place like High Prairie here at Fawn Lake is too glorious to miss, and don't forget to take a fine little journey to Horse Creek. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Copland Creek, and you can go for a hike on the Rattlesnake Way. Fawn Lake is located in the Southern Cascade Range. Be careful coming to the Southern Cascade Range,                  you might not ever want to go back home again. A nice place to camp here at Fawn Lake is Camas Creek Campground; if you haven’t been to Crater Lake National Park, you should schedule some time for it while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. There are nice sites to look at along the Black Rock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Grave Creek Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and there are other places here than Fawn Lake, for example Wolf Lake. At Fawn Lake all through the warm months highs are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's.
