Be careful coming to the Southern Cascade Range, you might not ever want to return home again. West Fork Lake Creek is a perfect site to go to, and do take a hike on the Mount Ashland Trail. F-P Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Southern Cascade Range. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at F-P Reservoir. You'll need more than a day to explore everything F-P Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Medford Oaks Campark; F P Number One Dam is a

| | pretty place, absolutely worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. Gumbo Gulch is a good location to stop at nearby, and F-P Reservoir is right by the Bieberstedt Trail. At F-P Reservoir during the summertime highs are in the 90's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at F-P Reservoir are in the 30's. You could also explore Harrison Reservoir since you're here at F-P Reservoir; it's close | |

by, and Big Butte Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. Econo Lodge Ashland is a great spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Medford here at F-P Reservoir, and the Buck Point
Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so much to do here at F-P Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Fish Lake Resort is a good place for that, and a lake close by is F P Number One Reservoir. F-P Reservoir is
commonly a quite dried out place; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. That right there is a lot of exciting stuff already but it goes on,
the Southern Cascade Range has it all. After a long day outdoors Windmill Inn And Suites Of Ashland is a fine place to spend a night or two; the snow is tremendous at Mt. Ashland.

Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts.
