Erickson Lake is always a pleasure to visit. If you wish for a little side trip, try Deadwood Gulch; soar down the rapids of Grande Ronde River in a kayak. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Erickson Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Marion Jordan Trail; Erickson Lake is a nice location to visit for more than one day, North Fork Anthony Campground is a nice location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Time and a Half Campground is a tremendous local campground.
And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more fun stuff to do in the Blue Mountains. Lagrande Super 8 Motel is a brilliant place to get some rest; do set aside some time for Limber Jim Meadow while you're here at Erickson Lake. This lake is so wonderful. La Grande Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and don't forget to take a wonderful little spree to Marion Creek. Erickson Lake | |

is right by the Hoodoo Trail, and a day on the slopes of Anthony Lakes is just what you need.
Erickson Lake is pretty waterless regularly; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that snows the most;
July on the other hand is the driest. Erickson Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains. Just can't get enough of the Blue Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Erickson Lake; Park Saddle Trail is a good local trail,
and a good nearby hotel is La Grande Travelodge.
Summertime at Erickson Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Erickson Lake temperatures fall to the 20's.
