Many people like to go to Elmers Reservoir 1. Good hiking is available along the Lodgepole Trail. Elmers Reservoir 1 is a beautiful lake in the Wallowa Mountains. So many enjoyable things in the Wallowa Mountains, just amazing. Don't miss out on a delightful swamp; Grays Slough is right here at Elmers Reservoir 1, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Spout Springs is pretty near.

| | is ordinarily January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month of the year is July. There's whitewater on Grande Ronde River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Elmers Reservoir 1 is not far at all from La Grande. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Rock Spring Trail, and not far from Elmers Reservoir 1 you'll stumble on Elmers Reservoir 2 which is a striking lake.

Camping at Hot Lake RV Resort is always a perfect experience; dry warm beds await you at Lagrande Super 8 Motel. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a good site to get some rest;
you can run the rapids of Grande Ronde River. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Elmers Reservoir 1 without first going for a hike along the Huckleberry Trail, and a day on the slopes of Anthony Lakes is just what you need.
At Elmers Reservoir 1 throughout the summertime highs are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; winter nights come with lows in
the 20's to Elmers Reservoir 1. Camping is available at La Grande Rendezvous RV Resort; there's always Elmer Dam Number Four to visit near Elmers Reservoir 1.
