This lake is so wonderful. Elkton Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Sawyers Rapids Recreational Vehicle Resort is a wonderful local campground, and most likely you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Rattlesnake Gulch Reservoir is just a very short distance away. Having a great time at Elkton Pond is uncomplicated. These mountains rock, just explore all the fun things to do in the Coast Ranges.       Best Western Rice Hill is a pleasant place to get some rest, and get soaked paddling on Umpqua River. Elkton Pond ordinarily gets a lot of rain; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. You're sure to encounter some good people from Roseburg here; let's not forget Beaver Creek which is a stream that you may bump into while you're here.
