Elkton Pond is located in the Coast Ranges. There's some flowing water nearby, Beaver Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Rice Hill is a splendid choice. Elkton Pond is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; through December this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Stay       the night at Sawyers Rapids Recreational Vehicle Resort, and since you're here, you could also stop by wonderful Yellow Lake. Elkton RV Park is a good campground nearby, and lots of people from Roseburg come here. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Coast Ranges will keep you coming back time and again. Umpqua River has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by, and you'll locate a striking lake called Rattlesnake Gulch Reservoir. And if that's not enough,                  there's a load more to do close to Elkton Pond.
