What a nice lake Elk Creek Reservoir is. Summer at Elk Creek Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Elk Creek Reservoir dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Elk Creek Reservoir. Going for a hike on the

| | Alco Trail is always a perfect adventure, and after a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn Suites White City is a great location to spend a night or two.
Yeah, come up here to the Southern Cascade Range for a great time. Stay the night at West Fork Trail Creek Mill; there are some good whitewater spots on Big Butte Creek. be worth going to, and a charming lake like Elk Creek Lake is a good place to visit.
This lake is so wonderful. There are delightful locations to look at along the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Trail; if you're going to from Medford, you
won't be the only one. A cool spot to visit in close proximity to Elk Creek Reservoir is Yellow Rock; Bear Mountain RV Park is a great campground nearby. Elk Creek Reservoir is a wet place that gets lots of rainfall; November is when
you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July.
The summit of Tatouche Peak can be seen from Elk Creek Reservoir, and there's whitewater on Rogue River - North Fork for all you thrill seekers. All the outdoors
fun stuff in the Southern Cascade Range will keep you coming back repeatedly. Don't leave Elk Creek Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Rattlesnake Trail; lakes are such serene places, why not visit Lost Creek Lake.
