A tour to Elephant Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Smith Falls, and Crystal Basin is a nice site. Going for a hike on the Mayflower Trail is always a delightful adventure, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Champion Creek. Elephant Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. The high level of rain makes Elephant Lake a reasonably wet spot; throughout the month of November you       get the most rain around here, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Casey's Riverside Park is a good site to camp; almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Murphy is just a very short distance away. So many exciting things to do at Elephant Lake, so little time. This is a wonderful area for people who like lakes. Crystal Lake is a lake close at hand, and you should certainly                  visit Judson Rock during your stay. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Slim Chance Campground; swing by Cat Creek it's a good place to check out. If you need a place to stay Moonstone Village Green Resort is a great choice; the panorama of Bohemia Mountain is stunning. So many enjoyable things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. There's whitewater on Brice Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and there are fine locations to look at along the Canton Creek Trail. This place rocks, just explore all the exciting stuff to do in the neighborhood of Elephant Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Oakridge Inn. Throughout the summer months here at Elephant Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 70's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Elephant Lake. This location, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors fun things.
