There's so much to do here at Edna Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Springs Campground is a pleasant spot for that; going for a hike along the Winchester Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Looking for something right next door to Edna Lake? Mud Lake is nearby, and you can run the rapids of McKenzie River       - South Fork. The slopes of Willamette Pass are so inviting nobody can resist, and Horse Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Taylor Butte can be seen from Edna Lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Crain Prairie Trail. The high level of rain makes Edna Lake a rather wet spot; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. And that's not all                  you can do here at Edna Lake. You're perhaps into lakes, Eastern Brook Lake is one of those close by, and hey, Gotta ski right? Mt. Bachelor is a glorious site to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Edna Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. All through the days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Edna Lake with night lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows at Edna Lake throughout the wintertime mostly plunge into the 20's. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Central Cascade Range is great!
