At Eddeeleo Lakes throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Eddeeleo Lakes. Do take a look at Lake Chetlo next to Eddeeleo Lakes, it's a striking lake, and there's magnificent hiking along the Crain Prairie Trail. This spot, the Central Cascade Range, has       so much outdoors fun things. Waldo Mountain is scenic and can be made out from Eddeeleo Lakes; there's whitewater on Horse Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. So many entertaining things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. Sleepy Hollow Motel is a fine site to get some rest. A great spot to camp here at Eddeeleo Lakes is Twin Springs Campground; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on McKenzie River - South Fork. But wait, there's                  more to do close to Eddeeleo Lakes. Why not camp at Shelter Cove Resort since you're here at Eddeeleo Lakes, and great hiking is available along the Salmon Creek Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Eddeeleo Lakes a wet spot; during December this area sees the most rain while July is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Winchester Trail, and Willamette Pass has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff.
