Do stop by Eb Lake while you're in this part of Oregon. Eb Lake is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. At Eb Lake throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Eb Lake are in the 10's. Eb Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, White Pine Campground is a tremendous local campground, and there are great places to look at along the Mountain Lakes Trail. of December is the wettest with most of the snow; the driest month is July. Going for a hike on the Varney Creek Trail is always a great adventure, and you can run the rapids of Klamath River.
These mountains rock, just look at
all the cool things to do in the Southern Cascade Range. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Here at Eb Lake you can spot Greylock Mountain, and Klamath Falls Super 8 Motel is a good place to get some rest. Not far from Eb Lake,
you'll stumble on Clover Lake which is a lovely lake, and you can go for a hike on the Greylock Mountain Trail.
