Here at East Lake you can distinguish Central Pumice Cone; you're almost certainly into lakes, Paulina Lake is one of those close by. Around East Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest of the months is September. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at North Cove Campground is always a tremendous       experience; you'll probably meet some people from Bend here. East Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Warm Springs Campground is a good local                  campground; La Quinta Inn Bend is a nice place to get some rest. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do close to East Lake. Soar down the rapids of Deschutes River in a kayak. Lakes are great; Baker Lake is a lake that's near East Lake.
