Why not stop by Eagle Lake if you're passing through these parts. The Wallowa Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Having a good time at Eagle Lake is uncomplicated. You get a great panorama of Needle Point from Eagle Lake; there is a wonderful hiking trail close by called the Kettle Creek Trail. Eagle Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Scenic Meadows RV Park is a great local campground, and Frazier Pass is a fine location to check out.

| | Summer at Eagle Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Eagle Lake drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Eagle Lake to catch a sight of the water at Eagle Lake Dam, and going for a hike on the Copper Creek Trail is always a pleasant adventure. | |

Having a wonderful time in the Wallowa Mountains is simple. Pop Creek flows through this region, and do explore Bear Lake, it's a picturesque lake.
Baker City Super 8 Motel is a great spot to get some rest, and on a good day you
can take a hike along the Main Creek Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the Wallowa Mountains has to offer. If you came to camp Main Eagle Bridge Campground is a magnificent location to do that, and if
you need a spot to stay Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful.
Not much rainfall falls here at Eagle Lake; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow; the driest month of the year is July.
