Mountains rules! Don't miss out on a tour to Oregon Caves National Monument since you're here at Dunlop Reservoir, and don't leave Dunlop Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Grayback Clapboard Trail. You just can't
imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the Siskiyou Mountains has to offer. This is a glorious region for folks who like lakes. Graves Reservoir is a lake close at hand; good hiking is available along the Oregon Caves Trail.
After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass, Or is a great place to spend a night or two, and Indian Creek Klamath Tributary is a perfect whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Near Dunlop Reservoir you
hit upon Elder Gulch which is a great location to explore; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Ferber Reservoir. The high level of precipitation makes Dunlop Reservoir a reasonably wet location;
