     This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Paddling on Marion Creek is so much fun. Lakes? Sure, Lava Camp Lake is nearby. If you need a location to stay Lodge at Suttle Lake is a brilliant choice, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Millican Crater Trail.
Dugout Lake is a pretty wet place usually with a good deal of rain; December is when you get the most rain here while July is usually the driest month. Yep, outdoors enjoyable
 
   stuff to do are really abundant here at Dugout Lake. The vista of Bluegrass Butte from Dugout Lake is beautiful, and Black Crater Lake is a delightful lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Mt. Bachelor, and going for a hike on the Little Belknap Trail is always a brilliant adventure.
This lake is so wonderful. There is a fine hiking trail next to Dugout Lake called the Cache Lake Trail,
 
               and Squaw Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. Hit the slopes at Hoodoo nearby, and why not camp at Camp Tamarack since you're here at Dugout Lake.
Having a delightful time in the Central Cascade Range is simple. A good spot to camp here at Dugout Lake is Suttle Lake Resort and Marina, and a pleasant close by hotel is Best Western Ponderosa Lodge. At Dugout Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Dugout Lake.
