Downing Pond gets a great deal of water; through December this area sees the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Coast Ranges will keep you coming back repeatedly. This location is great, just check out all the fun things to do near Downing Pond. Camping at Mulkey RV Park is always a great experience, and a pleasant trip to Red Prairie is a great way to spend an afternoon.       Summertime highs at Downing Pond generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Downing Pond.
