Dollar Nine Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Black Butte Resort is a splendid local campground, and splendid skiing awaits you at Mt. Bachelor. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Dollar Nine Lake; South Loop Cut Off is a magnificent local trail, and there are some good whitewater spots on Squaw Creek. Dollar Nine Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range.       These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. If you come at the right time of year, Marion Creek offers some tremendous whitewater, and if you need a site to stay Lodge at Suttle Lake is a good choice. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. Link Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and Best Western Ponderosa Lodge is a great place to get                  some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Dollar Nine Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is a pleasant site for that; there's delightful hiking along the Round Lake Trail. Do visit Bone Lake in close proximity to Dollar Nine Lake, it's a charming lake, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Hoodoo. The warmest time of the year at Dollar Nine Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Dollar Nine Lake are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Dollar Nine Lake without first going for a hike along the Cache Lake Trail, and you obtain a wonderful view of Cache Mountain from here.
