Man, is there lots of exciting things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Go for a hike on the Dealy Way, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Horse Creek. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Near Dillion Lake you come across the Pacific Crest Trail - section 21 which is a great hiking trail, and swing by Wildcat Creek it's a good location to       take a look at. Be careful coming to Dillion Lake, you might not ever want to go back home again. Dry warm beds await you at Sleepy Hollow Motel, and a wonderful location close by is Corral Draw. High temperatures at Dillion Lake throughout the summer months are in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Dillion                  Lake. You just should adore the Central Cascade Range. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Cedar Swamp is right close by, and whitewater paddling is splendid on McKenzie River - South Fork. Going for a hike on the Lakeside Trail is always a wonderful adventure. There's so much to do here at Dillion Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Springs Campground is a great place for that. Dillion Lake usually gets a lot of precipitation; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
