Sure, Separation Lake is near Dillion Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 21. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Central Cascade Range. Take a hike on the Lakeside Trail, and some of the water nearby flows, like Wildcat Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Hoodoo is in the neighborhood of Dillion Lake. This lake is one of the great       places here in the Central Cascade Range. For the period of the summertime months here at Dillion Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Dillion Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. So many entertaining things in the Central Cascade Range, just striking. You'll need more than a day to discover                  everything Dillion Lake has to offer, you can camp at Twin Springs Campground, and Corral Draw is a wonderful spot to spend some time. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Horse Creek, and obviously, this is a wonderful neighborhood for people who like lakes, Lindh Lake is a lake in close proximity. There are some perfect whitewater spots on McKenzie River - South Fork, and don't miss out on a great swamp; Cedar Swamp is right here at Dillion Lake. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Dillion Lake. There's so much to do here at Dillion Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a great place for that; hiking along the Dealy Way is splendid fun.
