Beautiful Diamond Lake has much to offer visitors. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more enjoyable things to do in the Wallowa Mountains. Hiking along the West Eagle Trail is splendid fun; Diamond Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Hells Canyon Packers is a great place to camp nearby. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wallowa Mountains. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Diamond

| | Lake. If you're here at Diamond Lake, you could stop by East Fork Elk Creek, and Baker City Super 8 Motel is a good location to get some rest. Not much rainfall falls here at Diamond Lake; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here; July is the month with the least moisture.
